1. Introduction

This Service Partner Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which service partners ("Partners") may engage with customers through Snuffit Solutions Pvt Ltd ("the Company"). The policy ensures a safe, reliable, and professional experience for all parties involved.

By registering or providing services through the Company platform, you agree to abide by the terms outlined in this policy.

2. Eligibility and Onboarding

All Partners must be at least 18 years of age.
Partners must provide valid government-issued identification and proof of relevant skills, certifications, or experience.
Background checks may be conducted at the Company’s discretion, but the Company does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of such checks.

3. Code of Conduct

Partners must:

Treat all customers with professionalism, respect, and courtesy.
Arrive on time and in appropriate attire.
Use only safe and approved tools and techniques.
Respect the customer’s property and privacy.
Not engage in illegal, harassing, or unethical behavior under any circumstances.

4. Payment and Fees

Partners will be compensated based on the agreed service rates or per-job basis.
The Company may deduct service or platform usage fees as specified in the Partner Agreement.
Partners are responsible for their own taxes, licenses, and any other legal obligations.

5. Liability and Disclaimer

5.1 Independent Contractor Status

All Partners are considered independent contractors and not employees, agents, or representatives of the Company. As such, they are solely responsible for their actions, behavior, and obligations toward customers.

5.2 Criminal Activity Disclaimer

The Company serves as a facilitator connecting customers with service partners and:

Shall not be held responsible or liable for any criminal, unlawful, or negligent actions committed by either the Partner or the Customer.
Disclaims all liability arising from theft, assault, harassment, fraud, or any other criminal activity or misconduct occurring before, during, or after service delivery.
Strongly encourages all parties to report such incidents to local law enforcement authorities.

6. Termination of Partnership

The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate a Partner's access to the platform without notice if:

There is a breach of this policy or any other agreement with the Company.
The Partner receives consistent negative feedback or complaints.
There is reasonable suspicion or evidence of criminal or unethical behavior.

7. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes between Partners and Customers should first be resolved directly between the two parties. The Company may assist in mediating disputes at its discretion but is not obligated to do so.

8. Acknowledgment

By accepting service requests or continuing to use the Company’s platform, Partners acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to this policy.
