1. General Policy
At Snuffit Solutions Private Limited, we understand that plans can change. This Cancellation and Refund Policy ensures transparency, fairness, and peace of mind for all our customers. Our goal is to maintain a smooth experience while protecting both customers and service partners.
2. Cancellation by Customer
Customers may cancel a booked service by contacting our support team or using the cancellation option available on our platform/app.
- If cancellation is made 2 hours or more before the scheduled service time:
The customer is eligible for a full refund, after deducting a minimal processing fee (as mentioned during booking or checkout).
- If cancellation is made within 2 hours of the scheduled service time:
A partial refund may be issued at the Company’s discretion, based on the type of service and incurred costs. In some cases, no refund may be possible if the service provider is already en route or has arrived.
- Full Refund: The term full refunds refers to the total amount received by the company after deducting the processing fees.
3. Cancellation by Service Partner or Company
If a service is canceled by the assigned partner or by the Company due to unforeseen circumstances:
- The customer will receive a full refund, with no deductions, or may choose to reschedule the service at their convenience.
4. Refund Process
- All eligible refunds will be processed within 1 to 7 business days from the date of cancellation confirmation.
- Refunds will be made to the original mode of payment used during the booking.
- You will receive a confirmation message or email once the refund has been initiated.

5. Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
- The customer provides incorrect or incomplete address details.
- The customer is unavailable or unresponsive at the time of service.
- The customer refuses service without valid reason after the provider arrives.
- The service has already been completed or is in progress.
6. Disputes and Support
If you believe a refund has not been processed correctly or wish to dispute a charge, please contact our customer support team within 3 days of the service date.
7. Refunds for Quick Services
Refunds for this are allowed if the service partner didn’t arrive within 45 minutes or the service partner is not assigned. In both the case, full refunds* will be provided within 1 day to a maximum 7 days.
